Our Design Process

FEELDOM design philosophy:

FUNCTION -> FASHION -> FEEDBACK

Product collaboration is the cornerstone of FEELDOM's accessibility.
Through engagement and listening, we strive to form lasting relationships on both a personal and professional level.

CONNECT:

Connecting with independent living centers, blind organizations, para-athletes, customers and friends, FEELDOM has designed bags and backpacks for low-vision, blind, and people with many kinds of disabilities who use wheelchairs, walkers and mobility devices.

CREATE:

There was something missing in other wheelchair bags... a lot, actually.

CONSULT:

We consult para-athletes to create designs that are robust and ultra-functional, and address specific mobility challenges.

LEARN:

Partnering with social media creators living with disabilities has played an important role in FEELDOM's success and helps us build relationships with people of diverse communities around the world.  We financially compensate individuals who help us develop new products or promote FEELDOM on their platforms.

PRODUCT TESTING:

With enough trial and error, you eventually get it right!

FEEDBACK:

Customer Feedback is essential for us to continue to improve on existing products as well as design new gear for the ever-advancing field of mobility and technology. We love getting instant feedback at expos and conferences, such as the CSUN Assistive Tech Conference (Below)

Meeting customers in person helps us to ensure the perfect fit, and helps us learn what works and what doesn't.
