I'm in love with this bag! I'm able to be so much more organized than with my old backpack, and it doesn't sag, so I have more clearance to backup, turn around, etc. The easy access zipper is amazing! And the zipper pullers are very easy to use. I have no complaints other than the price, but hopefully they'll be able to bring the price down so that it's more accessible to those who need it.
